2. The Name of the Database
European School Network / Student Exchange Bank
3. The Function of the Database
The ESN Student Exchange Bank is designed to facilitate the search of exchange partners between the students of the network schools. By entering certain personal information onto the database the students are able to find compatible exchange partners among the database users.

Students of the network schools.
5. The Content of the Database
The content of the database consists of the following information:
- full name
- home country
- city
- school
- sex
- information on the type of exchange the student wishes to engage in
6. Official Sources of Information
The collected data is entered onto the database by the students themselves.
7. Stored Personal Information
The personal information on the database is available to the administrators, to the school coordinators and to those students who have been given a username and a password by their school coordinators. All users are European.
8. Confidentiality
The European School Network administration will not give out personal information to external parties without the person's consent.
